General operative/labourers required
Sheet Metal Industry
Day Shifts - 6.30am start
Leicester South / Bruntingthorpe - LE17
£9.00 per hour
Immediate General operative / Labourer role role available to start in Bruntingthorpe on a temporary ongoing basis.
The Role:
- Mechanical assembly of a variety of sheet metal and steel products
- General labouring duties as and when required
- Using hand and air tools
- Working with sheet metal of various sizes
- Working from instructions
- Quality checking finished products
- Working as part of a team
Minimum Skills / Experience Required:
- Mechanical Assembly experience essential at least 6 months ideally
- Experience doing general labouring duties
- Excellent attitude and desire to learn
- Ability to develop your understanding of engineering drawings and techniques
- Motivated and excellent team player
- Excellent time-keeping
- Able to commute to the Bruntingthorpe area of Leicestershire
The Package:
- Starting pay rate of £9.00 per hour
- Free onsite parking
- 39 hours per week
- Day shifts, 6.30am start with 12.30pm finish on Friday's
- Potential to earn a permanent contract
