Land Buyer Job in Leeds

I currently have a Land Buyer job available with my client who are a top 20 housebuilder. They are keen to speak to Land Buyers or Land Graduates from with some experience working for a housebuilder.

As the successful Land Buyer for this region, you'll work closely with the Land Managers and Regional Land Director to identify land opportunities across the patch.

Role & Responsibilities

- Support the Land Director with identifying land opportunities
- Work closely with the design, planning and technical teams to ensure planning is obtained
- Assist with legal agreements
- Assist with land negotiations.

Required Skills & Experience

- Ideally educated to a degree level of a relevant course
- Experience working for a housebuilder
- Experience buying land in the region
