Land Manager Job in Warwickshire
My client has a Land Manager Job available in their regional office in Warwickshire. They are one of the UK's largest privately owned house builders and have been established for over 60 years, building new homes in the North West, Midlands and the South of England.
As the successful Land Manager, you'll be tasked with identifying new land opportunities across the region which spans from North Oxfordshire to South Derbyshire and from Warwickshire across to Northampton.
Role & Responsibilities
- Identifying land opportunities
- Negotiating terms for the acquisition
- Prepare and submit land approval packs
- Build and maintain relationships with landowners and agents
- Manage the offer process
- Support the Land Director.
Required Skills & Experience
- Ideally educated to a degree level of a relevant course
- Experienced in land buying in the region
- Previously worked for a housebuilder
- Proven track record of completed land deals.
What you get back
- Up to £65,000
