They are a family run business, with a friendly, dedicated and experienced team who work together to deliver quality new homes for their valued customers throughout Lincolnshire.

We have an exciting opportunity to join their established planning and development team: -

The Role:-

The role is to work within our established Land and Planning Department which is based at their Head Office.
You will work under the Land & Development Director, Land & Development Manager and alongside another Land & Development Surveyor
The role is a full time position, hours of work 8.30am-5.00pm Monday to Friday
This is an exciting and dynamic role that will see you involved throughout the development and construction process

Requirement within the role: -
* Preparation, coordination and submission of a wide variety planning work.
* Liaison with solicitors in collating conveyancing information / dealing with purchaser enquiries
* Assisting with new site identification
* Assisting in the project management of affordable housing contract sites
* Land appraisal / development cost work to assist with competitive land bidding
* Liaison with managing agents of onsite management companies
* Liaison with development consultants and architects
* Inter-departmental liaison - across all aspects of the business including departments within head office and liaison with our site-based staff
* Assisting in the management of our rental portfolio


Your Experience / Attributes: -
* Educated to degree level or equivalent with experience in the development sector will be preferable but not essential
* Excellent report writing, communication and numerical skills required
* Ability to work within a team
* Ability to be able to work independently and utilise initiative
* Computer literate - emails / word / excel
* Must be a self - motivated individual
* Extremely organised
* Strong ability to multi task and be able to prioritise work
* High attention to detail
