Our client in Winchester has a new Landscape Architect job. The role will see you working on a number of high-value residential garden projects all in the traditional style

The practice was established 25 years ago and, in that time, has developed a reputation for the production of elegant English country gardens. Project values vary from £500,000 to £2millon. The office is made up of 7 people and is based in the centre of Winchester. The practice would consider Garden designers or Landscape Architects for the roles.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drafting and finalising hand drawn, CAD and master concepts plans, sketches and sections
  • Production of planting plans and construction drawings
  • Planting lists and planting positioning
  • Monitoring of projects

Required Skills & Experience

  • Skilled in the use of Vector works
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in landscape or garden design practice
  • Strong design skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience with UK garden design is essential - Ideally in the traditional style.
  • Highly organised and commercially aware.
