Landscape Architect Job in Edinburgh

A Landscape Architect job is now available to join a thriving multidisciplinary practice in their Edinburgh office working on landscape projects.

This is a great opportunity for a Landscape Architect to join an established and award-winning practice currently looking for a Landscape Architect to join their team, working on medium to large-scale projects. Working on a wide variety of projects from regeneration in urban areas to creating green infrastructure-led masterplans including urban parks, streets, and spaces.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Work at all stages of projects
  • Deliver high-quality results to agreed deadlines and cost
  • Be responsible for leading the design process
  • Work with the Landscape Design Leaders to develop and deliver design solutions
  • Ensure all relevant regulations and standards are met
  • Develop concepts and ideas
  • Present packages where required
  • Attend site visits
  • Coordinate and communicate with the team to deliver projects from concept to completion.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Degree in Landscape Architecture
  • Chartered member status of the Landscape Institute (near Chartered with extensive project deliver experience will be considered)
  • Proven experience working on UK landscape projects, ideally medium to large scale, minimum of 3 years post qualification
  • Experience in project delivery and on site is required
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and Sketchup are required
  • Knowledge of Adobe Suite and MS Office
  • Proven experience of leading and developing a team
  • A positive and collaborative approach to problem solving
  • Excellent English, both written and verbal
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
