Landscape Architect Job in Manchester
A Landscape Architect job is now available to join a thriving multidisciplinary practice in their London office working on landscape projects.
This is a great opportunity for a Landscape Architect to join an established and award-winning practice currently looking for a Landscape Architect to join their team, working on medium to large-scale projects. Working on a wide variety of projects from regeneration in urban areas to creating green infrastructure-led masterplans including urban parks, streets, and spaces.
Role & Responsibilities
- Work at all stages of projects
- Deliver high-quality results to agreed deadlines and cost
- Be responsible for leading the design process
- Work with the Landscape Design Leaders to develop and deliver design solutions
- Ensure all relevant regulations and standards are met
- Develop concepts and ideas
- Present packages where required
- Attend site visits
- Coordinate and communicate with the team to deliver projects from concept to completion.
Required Skills & Experience
- Degree in Landscape Architecture
- Chartered member status of the Landscape Institute (near Chartered with extensive project deliver experience will be considered)
- Proven experience working on UK landscape projects, ideally medium to large scale, minimum of 3 years post qualification
- Experience in project delivery and on site is required
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and Sketchup are required
- Knowledge of Adobe Suite and MS Office
- Proven experience of leading and developing a team
- A positive and collaborative approach to problem solving
- Excellent English, both written and verbal
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
