This leading landscape design practice is now seeking a Vectorworks skilled Landscape Design Technician to join its team in Winchester, Hampshire. The role will see you working on a number of high-value residential garden projects all in the traditional style.

The practice was established 25 years ago and, in that time, has developed a reputation for the production of elegant English country gardens. Project values vary from £500,000 to £2millon.

The office is made up of 7 people and is based in the centre of Winchester.

Due to continued success they are now seeking a Vectorworks skilled Technician to join the team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Supporting senior members of the design team
  • Preparing of construction drawings and detailing
  • Work on the production of planning drawings -including block location plans
  • Importing topographical surveys, architect plans and other consultant information
  • Production of 3d visuals using SketchUp, Photoshop and Vectorworks
  • Drawing up of bills of quantities
  • Visiting site.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Excellent cad skills using Vector works and SketchUp is essential for this role
  • Ability to use Photoshop and InDesign would be highly beneficial
  • Possess a minimum of 3 years' experience in Landscape Architecture, Garden Design or Architectural practice.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication
  • High attention to detail
  • Keen to support other members of the team.
