Protocol is pleased to be working alongside a leading Further Education provider, who require an Apprenticeship Lead Assessor for the Construction department for a position starting immediately.

This is a fantastic opportunity to pass on your skills at Further Education level and inspire the next generation. Working in a vibrant and positive learning environment, you will be responsible for coordinating a team of around 20 assessors.

We are keen to hear from candidates that use innovative techniques to motivate and inspire learners.

To be suitable for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria;
*Hold a relevant qualification (TAQA/Level 3 Assessing Award/A1/V1)
*Hold a minimum level 3 Construction qualification in.
*Have good organisational and planning skills.
*Plenty of enthusiasm and the ability to motivate learners.
*Willingness to provide outstanding support for learners
*Extensive knowledge of your subject area.
*Be flexible and self-motivated with a dedication to learner achievement and quality.
