Brief Overview
- Lead commissioning, system startups and functional testing while overseeing and supporting technicians in the field.
- Act as a technical escalation point for on-site troubleshooting and repair of BAS systems including controllers, sensors, actuators and networked devices.
- Coordinate and respond to service calls including alarms and customer reported issues.
- Oversee firmware updates, configuration changes and system optimisations.
What you need to bring
- Strong HVAC knowledge
- Extensive experience working on BAS systems
- Advanced troubleshooting expertise
- Leadership or mentoring experience
