A leading family feel, Hard FM contractor with over 70 engineers, currently has a key requirement for a Lead electrical Maintenance Engineer for commercial offices in London. Covering general M&E tasks, including water temp monitoring, emergency light testing, lamping, small plumbing repairs and other reactive work. Paid up to £40500

As a Lead electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be: -

  • Lead electrical Maintenance Engineer will cover service and Maintenance of BMS front end systems
  • Lead electrical Maintenance Engineer will carry out regular PPM's on Electrical systems and Mechanical plant
  • Lead electrical Maintenance Engineer will complete breakdowns on Electrical systems and Mechanical plant
  • Lead electrical Maintenance Engineer will fault find and repair Electrical systems and Mechanical plant
  • Lead electrical Maintenance Engineer will spend 2 days covering maintenance tasks in the west end and 3 days overseeing other sites
  • Lead electrical Maintenance Engineer will be paid up to £40500 depending on experience
Requirements for the Lead electrical Maintenance Engineer: -

  • Lead electrical Maintenance Engineer will complete RAMS
  • Lead electrical Maintenance Engineer to have experience in PPM's on Electrical systems and Mechanical plant
  • Lead electrical Maintenance Engineer to have fault finding and repair experience on Electrical systems and Mechanical plant
  • Lead electrical Maintenance Engineer should have experience with being client facing and having good relationship building skills
  • Lead electrical Maintenance Engineer to be within easy commute to Central London
Lead electrical Maintenance Engineer: - Up to £40500 basic + Travel card zones 1 - 6 (reimbursed monthly through expenses) or van + Holiday + Benefits
