JOB DESCRIPTION:
I am currently working with an exciting Facilities Management company who are looking for a Lead Engineer for a brand new building in Leeds. This building is due to be complete in April 2024 with further development going on in this area which will become part of the portfolio. This role is based just outside the city of Leeds. Our client is looking for an experienced Facilities Maintenance Engineer ideally from a mechanical background to join the team on a static basis.
Daily responsibilities will include:
- Planned and preventative maintenance
- Repair and replace fittings
- Diagnosing and rectifying faults
- Carrying out work safely and efficiently
- Building relationships with client and contractors on site
Requirements for the role
- Experienced Facilities Maintenance engineer
- Mechanical qualifications / background
- Multi Skilled
- BMS knowledge
- Air Source Heat Pumps Experience
