Work as a Lead Maintenance Engineer for an established manufacturing company and benefit from a great package working a day shift role. You'll get a great all round package working within a tight knit team with a real family feel around the company.
This company manufactures and supplies a range of customers across the country and are currently going through a period of growth. Following huge demand the factory is now going to operate on a 24/7 basis and as a result the company is looking to employ a lead maintenance engineer who can benefit from this growth and enjoy a solid long term future.
Your Role As A Lead Maintenance Engineer Will Include:
* Leading the shift prioritising and coordinating the workload
* Hands on when needed - PPM'S & Reactive Maintenance
* Ensuring health & safety is upheld
* Days Role (overtime when required)
* Based in Manchester
As A Lead Maintenance Engineer You Will Have:
* Maintenance Engineering Experience (Supervisory / Lead / desire to progress)
* Manufacturing environment background (FMCG, food, pharma, similar)
* Time Served Electrical, Mechanical or Multiskilled considered (HNC or equivalent experience)
* Commutable to Manchester
