This is an exciting opportunity for a Leakage Detection Surveyor to work within Kier Utilities on the Anglian Water Alliance. This alliance delivers a variety of work types within the Water and Water Recycling business units with one of the leading water utility companies in the UK.

The purpose of the role is to pre-survey proposed works to check for suitability and delivery requirements and communicate these finding via a survey / 'move to work' form.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Able to work alone with minimal supervision
  • Good customer communication skills
  • Have an understanding of NRSWA related requirements and Permiting
  • Complete the required paperwork (digital) that is to be handed in daily
  • Work flexibly and carry out any suitable duty requested of you
  • Take ownership of issues on site
  • Communicate with the supervisor as & when required

    • Essential Training:
  • NRSWA Operative / Supervisor - Units 001-007inc & 009
  • UK driving licence
  • Utility network work experience (R&M Potable Water)
  • Basic understanding in excavation, backfilling & reinstatement of trenches on utility contracts
  • Have reasonable written and numerical skills

    • Desirable
  • EUSR Water Hygiene
  • EUSR - SHEA Water
  • Cat & Genny Trained
