A leading national apprenticeship provider with ambitious 2021 expansion plans are looking to expand their team by bringing in a new Learner Engagement Manager.
The Learner Engagement Manager will engage with the business development team to ensure apprenticeship pipelines are delivered to operations in line with projected targets. The Apprenticeships On-Boarding Manager will deliver top quality customer service to ensure all employer partners are up to date and highly satisfied.
The Learner Engagement Manager will also lead on the implementation of the on-boarding processes to make sure all apprentices have the best introduction and start to their apprenticeship journey.
Role responsibilities
Project manage the development of apprenticeship pipeline to meet KPIs
Maximise opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell added value programmes including Apprenticeships, Commercial AEB etc.
Client management of your employers including supporting with feedback on delivery, processes etc.
Maintain quality and developmental records of LSA's and Onboarding Coordinator
Manage and develop an effective QA process for Apprenticeship onboarding
Have active working knowledge of ESFA Funding rules and OFSTED EIF.
The person & qualifications
GCSEs at grade A - C in English Language and Mathematics (or equivalent)
Educated to degree level (or equivalent qualification)
