Infrastructure
  • To ensure a professional, accurate and customer focused service is provided in the delivery of learning and development to support business needs
  • To efficiently administer training workshops and programmes for the business within agreed timeframes, maximising the use of resources.
  • To assist in developing, implementing and operating effective and efficient processes relevant to role, maximising the use of HR systems.
  • To effectively administer a range of Learning and Development workshops and programmes, including; Commercial, Technical, Leadership & Management liaising with Trainers, Venues, Business Training Co-ordinators and course attendees and their line managers throughout the process, as appropriate.
  • To maintain an accurate record of all workshop attendance/non-attendance on our HR Systems and produce reports as required.
  • To answer and deal with queries on the telephone to provide excellent customer service and advice.
  • To manage purchase order activity for the L&D function when required.
  • To provide advice and guidance to employees on the Learning and Development offering and sign post people to appropriate training solutions.
  • To provide support to the Learning and Development Lead with projects when required.
  • To build and maintain good working relationships with all employees to provide a professional, value added advisory service.
  • To continuously look for ways to improve the Learning and Development administration processes and the service provided.
  • To provide support to Early Careers function.
  • To provide HR admin support as required.


  • The Successful Applicant


    The successful Learning & Development Administrator must have:
  • A learning and development background with some knowledge in apprenticeships is desirable.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
