We are currently looking to recruit a Learning and Development Advisor to join our team based in Foley Street - London.

Working alongside our Head of Learning and Engagement you will coordinate and manage the Group's Leadership and Management Development programmes across Kier.


In this exciting role, you will contribute to ensuring these programmes are aligned to business requirements and the corporate landscape of our organisation.


Key Responsibilities


Your day to day activities will include liaising with approved training providers regarding availability and course details, whilst working with the Talent and Engagement Advisor to determine clear performance metrics.


You will manage the Kier annual performance cycle and provide specialist knowledge and expertise on our learning programmes and initiatives, alongside taking personal responsibility for ensuring the training sessions run successfully.


As subject matter expert for our Taleo Learning Management System, you will the the main point of contact when the business requires technical support, and you will also leverage external networks to understand and drive best practice in the learning and engagement space.


What are we looking for?


Previous experience in a Human Resources or Learning and Development setting with a track record of successfully advising, implementing and delivering learning and development interventions in a commercial environment.


You will have up to date knowledge of L&D best practice strategies, alongside effective networking, relationship building and communication skills.


Excellent organisation and the ability to work on your own initiative, to tight deadlines in a demanding environment, will be key.
