Location: South region
Contract: Permanent, Full time (part time hours available if desired, just let us know)
Salary: Up to £35k + Car + Benefits
Responsibilities
As Learning & Development Advisor, you'll support Learning & Development Business Partner in ensuring that the L&D strategy is effectively delivered including supporting bids, mobilisations, and HR/L&D Projects.
Your day to day will include:
· Working with key stakeholders to develop and deliver learning and development plans, providing advice and guidance on appropriate learning solutions and audit
· Providing reporting against plans to increase compliance levels
· Contributing to working groups and activities directly relating to Highways Passport, whilst embedding and driving the system forward to becoming best practice and industry leading
· Supporting the implementation of Group and Divisional L&D projects and initiatives, coaching and developing contract stakeholders, achieving the best implementation results
· Reviewing and maximising the regions contracts, guaranteeing they are delivering cost savings to budget whilst upholding a high standard of qualifications and learning opportunities
Who are we looking for?
This role of Learning & Development Advisor is great for you if you can:
· Show experience as a Learning and Development Practitioner, successfully advising on learning and development interventions in a commercial environment
· Travel regionally to deliver training to various teams
· Demonstrate up to date knowledge of learning and development best practice and bring effective networking, relationship building and engaging communication skills
