Learning & Development Administrator

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Provide a high-quality L&D and compliance training administration
- Support the L&D Manager
- Provide guidance/support to the business and dealing with compliance training and L&D related queries
- Build strong working relationships within the team and in the business to provide support and maximise performance
- Liaise with internal and external providers
- Raise PO Numbers on behalf of the contracts
- Work closely with Finance to ensure invoices are paid correctly and on time
- Maintain accurate learning records and evidence for employees
- Maintain certificate database
- Effectively communicate and build relationships at all levels
- Delivering a high-quality administration, meeting quality control targets and measures
- Meet goals, targets and service level agreements
- Take ownership of work for self and as a team
- Constantly review and improve processes and procedures
- Carry out any Ad-hoc duties as required from time to time
- IT literacy
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Professional friendly manner
- High standards of customer service
- Strong organisational/planning skill
- Ability to demonstrate a methodical, analytical and clear approach to problem solving
- Ability to work under pressure
- Understanding of Invoicing processes
- Exceptional, confident telephone manner
- Able to work on own initiative and with minimal supervision
Desirable
- Previous compliance training / L&D experience
- Understanding of Invoicing processes
- Knowledge of the Utilities business
