We are currently recruiting for a Learning and Development Administrator on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract to provide high quality L & D administrative services across our business.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you'll be our trusted advisor, providing guidance and support to our employees, managers and business through the case management system. You'll take responsibility for administering training courses, apprenticeships and leadership programmes designed to meeting quality control measures, and keeping our LMS system up to date. You'll also administer our Psychometric Testing process and suggest process improvements for continuous improvement.
What are we looking for?
Ideally, you'll have previous experience in an L & D role and experience of working with a Learning Management System. You'll be proficient in the use of Microsoft packages including Excel, with an ability to analyse and manage large sets of data. You'll also be a strong communicator, able to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and demonstrate effective teamworking abilities.
