Contract: Full time, part time and flexible

Responsibilities

As Learning & Development Advisor, you'll be working within the learning & development team, supporting and ensuring the learning & development strategy is delivered effectively including assisting bids, mobilisations and HR / learning & development projects

Your day to day will include:
  • Working with key stakeholders to develop and deliver learning and development plans, providing advice and guidance on appropriate learning solutions and audit
  • Providing reporting against plans to increase compliance levels
  • Contributing to working groups and activities directly relating to Highways Passport, whilst embedding and driving the system forward to becoming best practice and industry leading
  • Supporting the implementation of Group and Divisional projects and initiatives, coaching and developing contract stakeholders, achieving the best implementation results
  • Reviewing and maximising the regions contracts, guaranteeing they are delivering cost savings to budget whilst upholding a high standard of qualifications and learning opportunities
Who are we looking for?

This role of Learning & Development Advisor is great for you if you can:
  • Show experience as a Learning and Development Practitioner, successfully advising on learning and development interventions in a commercial environment
  • Travel regionally to deliver training to various teams
  • Demonstrate up to date knowledge of learning and development best practice and bring effective networking, relationship building and engaging communication skills
