Location: East London or South East London
Contract: Full time - Agile/flexible working available
Responsibilities
As Learning & Development Coordinator you'll be working within the Learning & Development team, supporting them in ensuring the contract employees are safe, legal and have the correct skills and qualifications for the role they are carrying out. Assist with the development of the skill set in the contract by engagement events and working closer with the corporate teams.
Your day to day will include:
- Supporting administration and overseeing of activities directly related to Highways Passport, whilst embedding and driving the system forward to become best practice and industry leading
- Carrying out duties relating to the co-ordination of training requirements including the maintaining of the training database and collating all training information
- Ensuring compliance training is delivered to people across the contract in the most cost effective and efficient manner
This role of Learning & Development Coordinator is great for you if you can:
- Work with a range of stakeholders and manage relationships effectively
- Use Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams to log information, create reports and provide data
- Understand requirements around training
