Protocol are pleased to be working alongside this well-established organisation graded GOOD by OFSTED. They are currently seeking a Learning Support Assistant.

Protocol are looking for an outstanding individual who would be looking for between 3-5 days a week: 8:45am - 5pm

Role responsibilities

To provide individualised support to learners with a range of additional needs to enable them to participate fully in their chosen study programme and college life.
To provide in class and out of class support as required to individuals and small groups.
The person & qualifications

Must have recent experience of supporting learners across mainstream or specialist curriculums and working with people in a variety of curriculum settings (aged 14-19)
Must have knowledge of barriers to learning such as learning difficulties, disabilities and missed education
Must have Level 2 in English and Maths or a willingness to work towards.
Level 2 Learning Support Qualification (or equivalent qualification or experience)
