Gleeson Recruitment Group are recruiting for a Senior Legal PA to work in their Real Estate Department based in Leeds City Centre. We are looking for a collaborative, committed and passionate individual who can provide outstanding support to Fee Earners.

The Role

  • Diary Management for Fee Earners
  • Arranging meetings, booking rooms, refreshments
  • Document Production
  • Taking internal and external telephone calls
  • Supporting billing process within the team

About You

  • Experience working in busy PA/Legal PA position
  • Ideally experience working in a busy Real Estate Team
  • Proactive, driven, committed
  • Passionate about supporting others
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Outstanding organisations skills
