  • Strong Legal Secretary or Legal PA experience working for a law firm within ideally Real Estate
  • Open on areas of practice
  • 60 - 90 w pm
  • Professional
  • Ability to hit deadlines

The Role

  • Manage diaries
  • Arranging meetings, booking conference rooms
  • Corporate travel arrangements
  • Opening and closing files
  • Billing process
  • Document production
  • Complex reporting
