Join an International Loan specialist for the Renewable Energy sector. You will face an interesting role at the forefront of the biggest growth market. As a Lending Portfolio Manager you will join a strong and effective commercial team, managing an exciting renewable client base in the Wind, Solar and waste sector. Your Role As a Lending Portfolio Manager Will Include:
* Conduct in-depth financial analyses, including risk assessments, to optimise project returns and ensure financial viability.
* Maintain productive relationships with existing clients.
*Provide regular reports and updates on asset performance to internal and external stakeholders
*Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including investors / clients, financial institutions, 3rd party advisors and suppliers.
The Successful Lending Portfolio Manager Will Have:
* Proven experience as a Lending Portfolio Manager / Analyst in the renewable energy sector, with a focus on wind farm projects and Energy.
*Experience Serving / underwriting loans
*Strong financial acumen and expertise in project finance, risk management, and financial modelling, Loan & Debt servicing.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise projects
*In-depth knowledge of renewable sector/ Financial services, industry trends, and regulatory frameworks.
