My client, a prestigious Property Management, Investment and Development firm are currently seeking a highly experienced Portfolio Manager to join their stunning office in Prime Central London. You will be looking over a Portfolio of a High End Portfolio of 100 Properties.

Duties:
All aspects of the marketing and letting process

Negotiating and progressing tenancy renewals and approving rent reviews
Completing termination procedures at the end of tenancies
Handling all queries from these tenants throughout their tenancy
Work with the Residential Rental Administrator to manage arrears on the Portfolio and attend Court as and when necessary
Oversee Welcome Pack/Welcome guide process and issue packs on HNW properties.
Communicate changes in our processes and work on streamlining the way in which we deal with each agent. Improve consistency across agency performance and maintain strong working relationships.
Manage the Customer Feedback Process, compiling data monthly and working with Real Service as part of the Customer Feedback project. Manage all residential feedback within the Quest Portal and ensure that any queries raised by tenants during the Feedback process are answered.
Head up Residential Customer Service Team and provide direction for this team to monitor and improve customer service and customer experience across the business
Ensure the highest level of customer service at all times with all internal teams.
To be able to write and present presentations to staff and outside personnel as required.

Salary: £55,00 - £60,000
Days & Hours: Mon - Fri - 9AM - 5:30PM
1 Day Work from Home

Must Be ARLA Qualified
Must have 5 Years Experience working with High Net Worth Portfolio
