The Company
An established leading independent lift company based in the East Midlands covering the UK carrying out maintenance, repair, modernisation and new lift installation on a broad range of products. Experienced Company Director with over 30 years in the industry starting as an apprentice who continue to have hands on involvement and provide ongoing support and training to the team. They are now looking to add their service team with a service engineer.
The Role
Main responsibilities: servicing, attending breakdowns, some minor repairs, no major repairs, fault finding on passenger lifts, goods lifts and disabled access units. Representing the company to a high standard and delivering great customer service. Travel is paid for door to door. Call-Out 1 in 7.
This would suit a Lift Engineer that wants to service lifts and carry out the odd minor repair like bulb changing. This role is ideal for an experienced Lift Engineer that wishes to manage a service route and earn extra money when they like doing overtime.
The Candidate
Successful lift engineer can either be an Improver, just qualified engineer, or NVQ 3 or equivalent engineer - J modules J5, J25, J26 - are fine with the client.
Lift Industry Knowledge (minimum of 2 years)
