Dove & Hawk has partnered with an award-winning estate agency who are on the hunt for a Lister. The successful candidate must be highly motivated with a proven track record of driving growth in the Letting industry and having entrepreneurial flair.
Responsibilities will include:
- Generating and conducting market appraisals
- Winning instructions
- Strong focus on generating new and repeat business
- Reporting to the directors on a Weekly/Monthly basis
- Ensuring service levels and positive reviews are maintained and CRM data reporting systems upheld.
Skills for the role includes:
- Experience of increasing market share
- Desire and success in winning new business
- Full UK Driving License required
- Industry-recognised qualifications such as NAEA, NFOPP and ARLA are advantageous but not essential
Salary: £25,000-£35,000 basic, £55,000-£65,000 OTE + Car Allowance
Hours: Mon-Fri - 9.00 am-6 pm, Saturday - 10 am-4 pm, 5 day week.
