£35,000 to £40,000 + Benefits

We are actively seeking qualified and experienced - Mechanical & Electrical Engineers based in the South of the UK with hands-on experience of installation of industrial doors & loading systems.

An award-winning, expanding engineering business with Nationwide coverage who specialise in the service and installation of industrial shutters and doors. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated candidate to start or continue their career in this field, as full training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

    Electrical and mechanical Engineering fault finding.

    Daily tasks will focus on providing electrical, mechanical Installation on a wide range of industrial roller shutters, sectional doors, fast action, overhead doors, dock leveller, loading bay equipment, Telescopic Lip, Industrial Doors, Hydraulic Lifting Tables, electrical equipment, control panels, wiring and hinge systems

    Adhere to health and safety practices.

Ideal Candidate:

    2 Years of Experience

    17th/18th Edition Qualification

    IPAF License Required but not Essential

    Full UK Driving License (Essential)

    Experience in Fault Finding and ability to read electrical diagrams

    Electrical installation within the industrial door industry Systems & Control Circuits

    IPAF, PASMA, CSCS, BS7036, EN16005, SSTS card experience working in a similar role.

    Relevant NVQ level 3 (preferably)

    Good knowledge of all aspects of Loading Bay Equipment, Roller-shutter, sectional, fast action, wicket gates or scissor lift

    The ability to weld and any electrical experience (beneficial)
