Job Description:

As a Loan Administrator, you will support critical business processes within the LOS team by leveraging your mortgage experience and system expertise. You'll enhance the platform through system evaluations, implementation of improvements, and troubleshooting-all while ensuring seamless collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Job Overview:

Employment type: Full-time
Shift: Night shift (8 PM to 5 AM / 9 PM to 6 AM), Weekends off
Work setup: Onsite, Ortigas/Makati

    • The Qualifications We Seek

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience working with loan software
  • 5+ years of experience building input forms and creating business rules within loan software (Encompass experience highly preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in the mortgage industry
  • In-depth understanding of the loan lifecycle from point of sale through servicing and secondary markets
  • Advanced knowledge of real estate lending regulations and compliance standards
  • Familiarity with JIRA is an advantage
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to maintain effective relationships with system stakeholders
    • Your Daily Tasks

  • Work with applicable business units to identify areas of improvement, implement changes, and maintain input forms, business rules, major releases, loan programs, disclosures, HMDA support, servicing transfers, and other Encompass functions
  • Evaluate the Encompass system and its integrations to improve business workflows
  • Design and implement change requests by creating or updating input forms and business rules
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system functionality issues
  • Track updates and deadlines using the project management system
  • Stay up to date on key Encompass trends and Ellie Mae initiatives
  • Collaborate with the .Net Team and Product Manager for incoming requests
  • Ensure updates do not negatively affect system functionality
  • Act as an escalation point for general inquiries and troubleshooting requests from Support
