An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Logistics Administrator join our flagship HS2 project in NW London.
About the role?
You will be part of the logistics team supporting the safe and efficient running of site. Ensuring continued compliance with contractual requirements required by the client.
What will the role look like?
- Using the Delivery Management System (DMS)
- Booking deliveries on the internal systems
- Supplier driver licence and O'licence checking
- Supplier FORS status checking
- Auditing compliance with internal processes and compiling report
- Uploading DVLA checks
What skills & experience are we looking for?
- Previous administration experience
- Proficient at using Microsoft packages including Word and Excel
- Well organised and efficient
- Basic analytical skills
- Highly motivated, proactive and practical
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work independently as well as in a team
- Able to work in a pressurised working environment
