Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

Location: Dublin

Salary: €27k to €30k

Overall Purpose of the Role

To support in the installation and delivery of the projects and work as part of a three-person logistic and warehouse team.

Key Responsibilities

The candidate must have a positive can-do attitude, is a quick decision maker with a strong eye on minimizing costs and protecting margin

The role will require the candidate to:

  • Work as part of the three-man logistic team to ensure each project is delivered on time and on/under budget
  • Support in the coordination of the project life cycle from order acknowledgement, receipt of product into and out of the warehouse and installation of project
  • Develop strong relationships with the companies three main sub-contractors
  • Adopt a "white glove" customer service approach to the logistic side of the business ensuring we deliver on time and in full every time.
  • Responsible for the ordering and processing of keys
  • Contact suppliers to get delivery dates
  • Check Acknowledgements against orders
  • Checking delivery dockets onto the system
  • Creation of the dispatch dockets for the subcontractor team in the warehouse
  • Chase up missing product from delivery dockets with suppliers
  • Maintain QR database
  • Ensure fitters schedule includes all appropriate installation information
  • Creation and maintenance of QR database for the logistics coordinator
  • Making sure all details are on the schedule for fitters

Knowledge & Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 years' experience in similar role.
  • Excellent IT Skills including Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Degree in business and/or project management.
  • Good numerate skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to read architectural drawings/specifications would be an advantage.
  • The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and a strong team player.
