Supplied in 7 x 5 mm quad flat no-leads module (QFM) package, LMK61xx series includes fully programmable, pin-selectable, and fixed-frequency differential oscillators. Jitter performance of 90 fsec RMS from 12 kHz to 20 MHz helps designers optimize signal integrity and reduce data-transmission errors. Along with LVPECL, LVDS, and HCSL output formats, features include frequencies from 10 MHz to 1 GHz, I²C interface, and on-chip EEPROM with 100 write cycles.
