Key Responsibilities

This mobile role will be a hands-on supervisor supporting the Contract Manager to deliver an effective maintenance service for the Client and other key stakeholders in line with performance and contractual measures. The role will deliver maintenance tasks and support the rest of the maintenance team, so knowledge of building systems is essential.

The successful candidate will ensure the full delivery of maintenance services to enable NHS BSA to conduct its business through an integrated FM solution and perform Electrical QS duties across the contract and provide support to other contracts. Based out of the South Yorkshire office in Sheffield, regional travel across the North of England will be required with occasional national travel. A company van is provided.


What do we need from you?

This could be you, if - you have previous experience of a similar role within the property maintenance/facilities management sector. With an electrical bias you will hold relevant industry qualifications, such as 18th edition IEE Wiring Regulations or equivalent, as well as Testing and Inspection (City and Guilds 2391). Managing ISOH Certificate and CSCS Card would be preferable. If you have also have knowledge of statuary requirements and current legislation, and knowledge of Minor Works and project delivery, we want to hear from you.
