JOB DESCRIPTION:
Maintenance Assistant required for a large maintenance company that specialises in commercial maintenance. Our client is looking for experienced and hardworking Joiner to join the team in Cheadle.
This role will be a long term ongoing contract with the view to going permanent, 40 hours a week 8am - 430pm, Monday-Friday.
The ideal candidate will have a trade background.
Daily responsibilities will include:
?Basic maintenance repairs
?Assisting skilled tradesmen
?Undertake general labouring duties as directed by the supervisor
?Minor plastering works
?General maintenance duties around the site
