JOB DESCRIPTION:
Maintenance Assistant required for a Facilities Management that specialises in commercial maintenance on an office in Wythenshawe. Our client is looking for reliable Maintenance Assistant with experience to join the team.
This role will be a long term ongoing contract which could lead to something longer term. This is a part time role working Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 8am - 5pm. Weekly pay.
Daily responsibilities will include:
?Room set ups, lifting of table and chairs
?Unloading deliveries
?Provide cover for reception
?General maintenance duties around the site
Requirements for the role:
? Good face to face communication skills.
? Computer literate - especially Outlook & Excel (basic/intermediate)
? Able to multi-task and be flexible in their approach to work
This role is due to start straight on Monday 12th May following an interview. This is a temp to perm role (long term work).
