JOB DESCRIPTION:
Maintenance Assistant required for a maintenance company that specialises in commercial maintenance on a large site in Wythenshawe. Our client is looking for reliable Maintenance Assistant to join a large maintenance team. This is long term work for the right person.
This role will be a long term ongoing contract with the view to going permanent. 40 hours a week, 8am - 4.30pm, Monday-Friday. Long term, secure work. Weekly pay. Opportunity for overtime paid at x1.5 of normal rate.
The ideal candidate will have a roofing background however general building repairs will be considered.
Daily responsibilities will include:
?Basic maintenance repairs throughout commercial building
?Assisting skilled tradesmen
?Flagging
?Undertake general labouring duties as directed by the supervisor
?General maintenance duties around the site
Requirements for the role
?Reliable and able to work as part of a team.
This role is due to start straight immediately following an interview. This is a temp to perm role (long term work).
