Start date: ASAP. This is shift work (6am - 2pm / 2pm -10pm / 10pm - 6am) 4 days off.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Maintenance Assistant required to work for a Facilities Management company to cover planned and preventative maintenance on a Healthcare site in Manchester. Our client is looking for an experienced and hardworking Maintenance Assistant to join the team on a static basis.
This role will be working on a shift pattern which will vary from 6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm and 10pm - 6am. (4 days off in a row reguarly) Overtime and On call available.
The Maintenance Assistant will be a member of a multi- disciplined/skilled team comprising of 8 skilled craftsmen and 4 assistants, working a 24 hour rotating shift pattern.

Daily responsibilities will include:
?Basic maintenance repairs
?Assisting skilled tradesmen
?Flushing taps
?Checking temperatures
?Undertake general labouring duties as directed by the supervisor
?Minor plastering works
?General maintenance duties around the site

This is a permanent role. The salary for this role is £22, £25,000 + shift allowance. 27 days holiday + bank holidays.
