We're seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join our operations team based at our Leinthall Quarry, located near the beautiful Shropshire Hills.

As a Maintenance Engineer at Breedon, you'll enjoy being out and about, building relationships with the team and supporting maintenance projects as well as some reactive work to keep our plant operational; it'd be fantastic if you have some experience of welding or fabricating. You'll be an ideal fit for this position if you have a great sense of humour, don't mind getting your hands dirty and are willing to tackle a problem! Key Responsibilities As a Maintenance Engineer you'll work as part of a small maintenance team, supporting all preventative maintenance activities across the site. You will be working weekdays with core working hours of 06.00-16.00; Half days on Saturdays will be required from time to time (we anticipate 2 in 4). Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Experience in a maintenance or mechanical engineering role
  • Experience of welding and fabrication
  • A full UK driving licence
