As a Mechancial Maintenance Engineer, you'll work across multiple commercial sites in London, taking ownership of planned and reactive maintenance across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, gas, and HVAC systems. Every day is different, offering variety and the satisfaction of seeing your work make a real impact.
Your role as will include:
- Completing PPM and reactive maintenance tasks across multiple sites
- Fault finding, diagnosing, and fixing mechanical and electrical issues
- Working on heating, hot water, HVAC, plumbing, gas, and electrical systems
- As a foot mobile engineer, you'll be covering multiple sites across London and surrounding areas.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in Facilities Management or multi-site maintenance
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills (HV experience advantageous)
- Ability to work independently and travel across multiple sites
- Apprenticeship or recognised industry qualification advantageous
