Salary: £34,000.00 per year

We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Operative with strong multi skilled experience to join the housing repairs team in a mobile role, based in and around the Lambeth area of London.

The hours required are 42.5 hours a week 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:

  • Repairs to doors
  • Replacement of door furniture (such as locks and hinges)
  • Kitchen and bathroom repairs
  • Patch plastering
  • Tiling
  • Brickwork
  • Plumbing
  • UPVC windows

Requirements:

  • Full UK Driving Licence (clean)
  • DBS checked
