JOB DESCRIPTION:
A fantastic opportunity has opened up for a skilled and experienced Maintenance Plumber to join a leading Facilities Management company. This role is based in Birmingham on a static basis, offering long-term ongoing work with the potential for a permanent position down the line. The position involves tasks in various trades, emphasising plumbing, and is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and hardworking individual.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct plumbing maintenance tasks.
- Repair and maintain plumbing systems.
- Diagnose and rectify faults in plumbing systems.
- Fix leaks promptly and efficiently.
- Undertake any other DIY tasks as required.
Requirements for the Role:
- Qualification in Plumbing.
- Multi-skilled with the ability to perform tasks in other trades.
This Plumber role is a long-term contract position with working hours from 7 am to 3.30 pm, totalling 40 hours per week. The rate is £17 to £21 per hour based on experience. There is a potential for this role to lead to a permanent position.
