Maintenance Plumber (static) Required

JOB DESCRIPTION:

I am currently working with an exciting Facilities Management company that are looking for an experienced maintenance plumber to cover planned and preventative maintenance.

The role will be 37.5 hours a week 8am - 4pm, Monday-Friday.

Daily responsibilities will include:

• Planned and preventative maintenance
• Repair and replace fittings
• Diagnosing and rectifying faults
• Carrying out work safely and efficiently
• Building relationships with client and contractors on site

Requirements for the role

• Experienced Maintenance Plumber
• Relevant qualifications / background
• Multi Skilled
• Reliable and can work as a team
