Our major international client is looking to recruit a Maintenance Team Leader (Maintenance Work Coordinator) to their expanding team.
Job role:
To be the interface with Production Management on a day to day basis undertsanding and co-ordinating the interactions between production demands and asset availability and delivery of corrective and proactive maintenance, looking at ways in which to improve asset uptime whilst reducing breakdown frequency, preventing recurring failures.
- Ensure asset criticality is understood from HSE and production perspective and is communicated within maintenance team
- Support FMEA process mitigating risks and improving asset performance
- Ensure asset care plans are implemented and are effective
- Oversee whole task management for all resources both core and sub-contract
- Ensure all work is delivered to committed schedules
- Manage asset breakdown minimising impact, mobilising resources as required
- Oversee deployment of labour on Proactive maintenance
- Interface with client and maintenance teams to ensure work if being effectively planned, organised and delivered
- Oversee resource mobilisation is in line with demands
- Deliver exemplar HSE performance - Zero Accidents, Zero Incidents
- Ensure robust, aligned Safe Systems of Work are maintained at all times
- Deliver cost effective, robust service and value adding solutions
- Identify Capital investments or plant modifications that support HSE, Operations or Reliability improvements
Candidates will possess relevant technical qualifcations / apprenticeship along with similiar commercial experience as a maintenance planner / coordinator / team leader.
Candidates that have gained this experience from within the process industry will be at a distinct advantage.
