Location: Flexible across our Lincoln, Norwich, Peterborough or Cambridge offices. Hybrid working with regular travel to offices/ sites

Responsibilities
In this role, you will be working on our Anglian Water Alliance, where we work on maintaining, repairing and upgrading the water network.
Working under a central Partner Commercial Lead, as Managing Quantity Surveyor you will be overseeing the commercial resources and project teams, using your commercial expertise you will maximise the cashflow and margin as well as assessing, reviewing and mitigating commercial and contractual risks.
Your day to day will include:
- Managing and developing the commercial team, ensuring commercial and administrative systems, budgets and cost control procedures are utilised
- Maximising cash flow through the control, measurement and valuation of work, and the invoicing of customers and payment of suppliers
- Producing accurate forecasts/ budget information, ensuring contract commercial deliverables and timescales are met
- Month end reporting
What are we looking for?
This role of Managing Quantity Surveyor is great for you if you hold:
- Quantity Surveying Degree or equivalent along proven experience within a similar role ready to step up to the next level in your career from senior
- Experience working on NEC contracts
- Full driving licence
