Job Title: Managing Quantity Surveyor
Location: Full Sutton, York

Contract: Full time, permanent (Monday to Friday)

Overseeing the commercial resources and project teams on the assigned project, using your commercial expertise and wealth of knowledge you will maximise the cashflow and margin as well as assessing, reviewing and mitigating commercial and contractual risks, implanting Kier Strategic Projects' policies for risk management.
What do we need from you?
Working on education, commercial, leisure, healthcare, MOD and mixed-use projects valued up to £60m, we are looking for like for like industry experience.??We will also need you to be educated to degree level, or equivalent experience, have proven experience in a similar role and be an excellent communicator.?
