We are now recruiting for a Managing Quantity Surveyor to support on our ongoing Collaborative Delivery Framework for the Environment Agency.
Responsibilities
As a Managing Quantity Surveyor you'll be working within the Environment Agency team supporting them on our ongoing Collaborative Delivery Framework for the Environment Agency.
Your day to day will include:
- You'll manage the commercial resources (people and finance) across our assigned projects and maximise planned gross margins within the control and placement of our contracts and subcontracts.
- You'll support the authorisation and submission of project variations and maximise cash flow through the control, measurement and valuation of work.
This role of Managing Quantity Surveyor is great for you if:
- You are a commercially aware individual with similar experience ideally within a Civils environment.
- You'll have proven experience of delivery and have a good understanding of the risk management elements involved.
