Dove & Hawk are delighted to be partnering with a prestigious FTSE 100 property developer in the search for a highly motivated and dynamic Mandarin-speaking New Homes Sales Consultant. This is a rare opportunity to join the best-selling and most sought-after development in London-a high-traffic, high-conversion environment ideal for ambitious property professionals.

As a Mandarin-speaking Sales Consultant, you'll be the face of one of London's most iconic developments-guiding Chinese-speaking buyers from initial enquiry through to keys-in-hand. You'll play a key role in creating a first-class customer journey and achieving outstanding sales performance.



Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Experience

  • Engage with Mandarin-speaking buyers, identifying their needs and matching them to the right properties.
  • Conduct property viewings and development tours.
  • Deliver a personalised, relationship-driven service from enquiry to exchange.
  • Negotiate and progress sales deals to successful completion.
  • Maintain a customer satisfaction score of 90%+ (NPS).

Marketing & Promotion

  • Assist in marketing campaigns and attend property events/exhibitions.
  • Keep up to date with local market trends and competitor activity.

Administration & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate client and sales data using CRM systems.
  • Generate regular sales reports and forecasting updates.
  • Ensure GDPR compliance and adherence to internal standards.
  • Leverage in-house systems for virtual service delivery.

Virtual Sales

  • Conduct remote appointments and tours for overseas or remote clients.
  • Use platforms like Zoom and Microsoft Teams to provide high-quality digital experiences.
  • Maintain the same excellent standards as in-person meetings.


Who We're Looking For
? Requirements

  • Fluent in Mandarin (Cantonese a plus).
  • Property sales experience-ideally within new homes.
  • Confident communicator with a consultative sales style.
  • Skilled in closing deals and managing pipelines.
  • Organised and tech-savvy (CRM, MS Office, video conferencing tools).
  • A self-starter with a strong work ethic and customer-first mindset.


Hours & Compensation
Working Hours:

  • Monday to Saturday: 9:30am - 6:00pm
  • Sunday: 9:30am - 4:00pm
    (5 days per week on a rota, including weekends and bank holidays)

Salary & Benefits

  • Basic: £28,000 - £30,000
  • OTE: £56,000 - £60,000
