As a Manufacturing Supervisor in Nottingham, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the manufacturing and production operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, coaching, and motivating a team of skilled manufacturing and production employees which could range from machine operatives to forklift drivers in Nottingham to ensure productivity and quality standards are met.
- Implementing and maintaining efficient manufacturing and production processes and ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
- Experience of working with machines yourself. This could be CNC machines or saw machines.
- Monitoring and controlling inventory levels to meet production demands.
- Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and quality.
Working time
You will be expected to work Monday to Friday. 07:00-16:00.
You will also be expected to complete overtime on a weekly basis. This is an extremely important part of being a manufacturing supervisor.
